A Little Chat... Feeling Negative

You know when you have one of 'those' days and you just feel like the world is against you, when in reality your just against you. Sometimes you need someone to just tell you that everything is fine, blah blah blah. But one day your going to have to make yourself feel better, you can't pin your emotions on what other people. You need to be able to look in the mirror and know yourself that everything is fine. Hey maybe not now, but it will be. The key is positive thinking, if you don't like your image - change it, don't like people who are around you - change it, don't like what's going on in school/work - change it. The change might not happen over night, but just knowing that you are doing something proactive to make yourself a happier person should be enough to make yourself feel better.

Some days you will just feel a bit.. shit. Whether this be because of a rubbish day, hormones or something going on. Just remember that feeling like that won't last forever, and in a week or month or years time that problem will be long gone. Positivity makes the world go round, no one got to where they are by being negative. Even if you feel like you have no one around you, there is always someone there, you just can't see it. And even if there isn't you can cope on your own, you can make your own positivity.
